December 4, 2023Our Parish Mission which began Sunday, November 26 and concluded Wednesday November 29 was a remarkable and most memorable event! Father Eugene O’Reilly conducted our Mission experience in a delightful and meaningful manner with huge servings of his sense of humor, his gifted ability to share the meaning God’s love for us supported by his musical compositions.
Father Eugene, please be convinced of our gratitude for accepting the invitation to lead us in this mission. The continual full capacity of those who were present, bears witness to your accomplishment and success.
Thank you also, to the many from all parishes who packed the pews each evening and returned each night seeking more of Father Eugene’s impact (in spite of our unwelcoming weather!) You accepted the challenge and received the gifts - perhaps a reconnection or a reminder of God’s forgiveness… His invitation to come back… realizing His enduring love and many more.
Jesus called you and you came! The blessings were yours! It was very apparent that people were happy and joyful as they left the church each evening, with winning smiles and grateful hearts.
